This position is based at our friendly office in either Roskilde, Denmark or Warsaw, Poland, where you will join our Infrastructure management team. The team is part of a new established area (Infrastructure & Operational Security) and will take lead on integrating [xxxxx] services into our service providers and be key in ensure proper integration into [xxxxx]. Use of service providers in [xxxxx] is not a new setup in [xxxxx], but we will, based on a strategic new direction, streamline the setup going forward.

The Service Integrator role offers the right candidate a unique possibility to establish, develop and anchor the role in [xxxxx] together with the rest of the team. Structure, “can-do” attitude and stakeholder management are some of the keys for success.
The role will be established with inspiration from the SIAM framework.

As a Service Integrator in [xxxxx] it would be beneficial to have a technical background as e.g. developer, system administrator or technical project manager, since the role will be about integrating infrastructure services from our service provider into [xxxxx]. Additionally, structure and understanding compliance is important as well. But most of all a positive mindset and being able to lead the way.

At [xxxxx], we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office an average of 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days. Your direct manager will be Jacob Samson Schlüter who currently is acting as interim Department Manager.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

  • Being part of establishing and implementing the Service Integrator role in [xxxxx].


  • Take ownership of identified services and anchor these in the [xxxxx] organization.


  • Support [xxxxx]s ways of working to ensure tasks are communicated and delivered in due time.


  • Oversee finance development, capacity need and compliance level on provided services from service provider.


  • Close cooperation with service provider and internal [xxxxx] stakeholders to always ensure updated service.


  • Socialize typical SIAM disciplines such as service level management, vendor management and governance & compliance.

  • Understand and outlive the role as a Service Integrator where full enablement of Service Providers services in [xxxxx] is vital for [xxxxx] strategy.


  • Initiate and maintain a high level of collaboration within [xxxxx] as well as with the suppliers (i.e., with [xxxxx] product managers / POs).

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).


It’s nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with the SIAM framework.


  • Experience working with the ITIL framework.
