About this position
As the Director of OSM, you will oversee a department of 50 employees, with five Process Owners directly reporting to you. These Process Owners are located across the Nordic countries. In your role, you will mentor and guide your team, acting both as a coach and a player, to help them become innovative leaders who deliver real results. Your team will be spread across the Nordics, but we see it as highly beneficial that you are based in one of the following cities, as this will be where this position will be placed: Stockholm, Drammen, Malmö or Ballerup.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a compelling vision that aligns with organizational goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Oversee the development, implementation, and refinement of IT processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and ensure this aligns with our business objectives.
- Team Empowerment: Inspire and mentor process owners and leaders, cultivating a high-performing, collaborative, and engaged team.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and seamless integration across functions.
- Change Management: Drive innovation and lead organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new way of working.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize metrics, KPIs, and analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
Who you are
Your personal characteristics are crucial to succeed in the role and to thrive at . The Director's primary responsibility is to lead and inspire a high-performing team of process owners and managers, drive efficiency, innovation, and ensure alignment of IT processes with organizational goals.
To succeed in the role as Director we believe you to have the following:
- Leadership Experience: Experience of leading multidisciplinary and international teams within IT or a similar technical field.
- Process Expertise: Deep understanding of IT processes, frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile), and process improvement methodologies.
- Communication: Ability to articulate ideas, inspire teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork across diverse functional groups.
- Adaptability: Resilience and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational efficiency.
- Language: Fluent in one of the following Nordic languages: Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian. In addition to being proficient in these languages, you should also be comfortable speaking English, as it is the company's official language
