Overseeing Record to Report, Treasury, Tax, and Customer to Cash, in close collaboration with the Finance owner and process BPMs centrally and locally.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain, and Procurement, as well as SI and BI partners, to ensure an integrated approach to ERP design and implementation.
Managing and providing direction to sub-process leaders and workstream leaders within the Finance domain.
Facilitating critical design decisions and resolve complex issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensuing that the ERP system meets the functional requirements of WE Finance, optimizing financial and data processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Developing and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the project, including conducting workshops and regular updates.
Monitoring project progress against milestones, budget, and performance criteria, taking corrective action as necessary to ensure project success.
