Position Overview

We are seeking a Kubernetes Developer with a strong focus on identifying and closing vulnerabilities in code. This role involves analyzing, designing, developing, and debugging complex web applications while ensuring robust security measures are integrated at every stage of the development lifecycle.

• Responsibilities:

Vulnerability Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve security vulnerabilities in web applications.

Application Development: Design and develop Java applications, ensuring they meet security standards.

Debugging and Testing: Conduct thorough debugging and testing of applications to ensure security and performance.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Tomcat, Spring Boot, Struts, GitLab, SonarQube, and OWASP ZAP to enhance security and efficiency.

Agile Methodologies: Work within Scrum or SAFe frameworks to ensure agile, continuous improvement processes in DevOps setups.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, IT Architects, and Technicians, to deliver high-quality, secure software solutions.

Kubernetes Vulnerability Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve security vulnerabilities within Kubernetes-based environments, emphasizing secure configurations and adherence to security best practices for containerized applications.

Secure Application Development: Design and develop secure, Kubernetes-deployable Java applications, ensuring they meet industry-standard security benchmarks.

Debugging and Testing in Kubernetes: Conduct extensive debugging and testing of applications, focusing on performance and security within Kubernetes clusters, utilizing monitoring tools to ensure stability.

Tool Proficiency: Leverage DevOps and containerization tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Tomcat, Spring Boot, Struts, GitLab, SonarQube, and OWASP ZAP to drive security, scalability, and automation across Kubernetes clusters.

Agile DevOps with Kubernetes: Operate within Scrum or SAFe frameworks to support agile, iterative improvement, and CI/CD pipelines, enhancing deployment efficiency in Kubernetes environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, IT Architects, and Technicians to deliver robust, secure software solutions designed for Kubernetes.
