Sustainability Student Analyst to support driving our sustainability agenda
We are looking for a talented student to join our Sustainability Team anchored in the CCO department at . We are offering an opportunity to take on a role in the renewables sector with great responsibility and tangible impact on the global challenges of climate change.
The team
The CCO department is an international and engaged group of 70 professionals with diverse backgrounds. Our objective is to act as trusted advisors to 's senior leadership and the broader organization. We work on engaging, highly complex, and very often cross-functional projects that aim to unlock long-term growth for the company.
Group Sustainability is a dynamic team of 6 individuals committed to driving the sustainability agenda from a strategic and operational perspective. The team is spread across 3 different areas: Sustainability Operations, a Sustainability Program Portfolio and Sustainability Certifications. Sustainability forms a core part of ’s 2026 strategy, where it is one of the main pillars, and all areas contribute towards the implementation of the strategy. Our team reports directly to the company CCO, and you will be reporting to a Senior Sustainability Manager.

We do this through tailored personal development plans, and we promote a caring feedback culture with continuous coaching from both your direct leader as well as from our experienced project managers.
Lastly, we also believe that you learn by seeing and by doing – which we translate to inclusion and exposure to a vast landscape of different projects and stakeholders across the company. This means that as a Sustainability Student Analyst you will be involved in projects in a similar fashion to our full-time employees and take part in all project activities end-to-end including planning, meeting facilitation, communications, etc.

How you will create impact
As a Sustainability Student Analyst, you will focus on driving change through support across various sustainability initiatives from end-to-end. From the onset of your tenure, you will specifically engage in activities such as:
- Support workstreams of Sustainability projects across different Strategic Sustainability Initiatives such as our Decarbonization, Resource Use and Circular Economy activities
- Assist with the implementation of our Sustainability Operating Model, TCFD framework, Double Materiality assessment methodology and ESG due diligence tasks on an ad hoc basis
- Lead your own assignments with close sparring from senior colleagues.
- Solve challenging problems and bring recommendations to stakeholders.
- Engage with and support internal and external stakeholders on the implementation of Strategic Sustainability Initiatives and investor reporting.
