Are you seeking an internship for fall 2025? Do you want to help develop, launch, and promote our largest employee listening project to date? Join our HR tech team and become a part of our employee experience team!
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your analytical, communication, and project management skills while working in a dynamic, data-driven environment. Our HR tech team is dedicated to gathering, analyzing, and utilizing employee experience data from across the business to drive meaningful change.

What is the job about?
We believe that everyone in has passion and potential – as well as the power to influence. This is the environment in which you will do your internship. You will work with internal surveys and analysis thereof, extend the data-driven mindset towards the organisation and bring actionable insights to shape and strengthen our key HR deliveries. More specifically, we imagine you will:
• Assist in the deployment and creation of advanced employee experience surveys
• Build and maintain dashboards for different ‘personas’
• Present your findings to relevant stakeholders
• Work with and prepare data for various analyses
• Conduct your own analytics projects to support current strategic initiatives
• Present your findings to relevant stakeholders
• Assist on relevant ad-hoc tasks in ongoing projects and recurring deliveries
We expect the internship will start in August 2025 and end in December 2025. You will be working for 25-37 hours per week depending on your schedule at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark, and we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork (e.g., project-based internship report). There is also a possibility of working from home on agreed days.
What do you need to apply?
• You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program
• We imagine you are studying a Master’s level within Business Intelligence, Information Service, ITKO, Data Science or other relevant education and possess knowledge or practical skills within the field of HR
• A positive approach, an ambitious mindset, as well as a bit of humor is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Strong understanding of statistical data interpretation
• Data management techniques or understanding of these
• An interest in project management
• Ability to use and manipulate data in a tool such as R-studio is a plus
• You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
• You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments – if you want to be a part of shaping your role, that’s a plus in our book
