Your mission… 

As Division Advocacy & Influence Lead, your mission is to build and implement the social and consumer advocacy strategy for the Consumer Products Division. You will drive advocacy acceleration - ensuring we are moving at the speed of culture, optimizing strategies in always-on and driving initiatives to win in engagement with a data-first mindset. You will lead and inspire a team of Brand Advocacy & Influence Managers (matrix reporting) organized per brand, empowering a collaborative environment to drive excellence, creativity and innovation. You will play a crucial role in achieving our Advocacy & Influence ambition to be market leaders in Share of Influence. The role reports to the Head of Digital.

You will… 

Strategic Leadership & Implementation:

• Implement and locally adapt the global divisional A&I strategy

• Manage KPIs and processes

• Champion Onefluence and Creator Loyalty programs.

A&I Acceleration & Innovation:

• Drive A&I acceleration across all levers, focusing on key brand initiatives to maximize engagement and cultural/local relevance

• Adapt global/market A&I enablers (tools, trends, seeding) for effective brand-level implementation.

Multibrand & New Segment Growth:

• Accelerate A&I in new segments (e.g., new terroties, men, gaming) to drive incremental growth.

• Champion multidivisional A&I projects and optimize retailer-driven influencer activations.

Reporting, Insights, and Best Practice Sharing:

• Streamline divisional reporting and collaborate with multidivision to analyze ROI, efficiency, and spend.

• Share best practices and build a continuous learning loop based on data and performance insights.

Team Development & Upskilling:

• Nurture the growth and development of Brand A&I Managers

• Continuously upskill the division and business partners on A&I capabilities.

We are looking for...

• You have at least +5 years of experience from advocacy & influence positions

• You have experience from leading a team

• You have experience with digital media, influencer strategy, PR and social media platforms

• You are proactive, results driven and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish

• Expert in analyzing performance, digital KPI’s, developing insights to consistently optimize strategies & improve performance

• You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages
