In Domestic Building Service, we are looking for a student assistant or intern to support with various tasks, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
You will join a department with 15 colleagues, responsible for developing digital solutions and different shared services. More specifically, you will be working in our digital team together with other UX colleagues developing digital solutions for our professional users and end-users. We guarantee a steep learning curve, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about your ideas.
What is the job about?

We imagine that you will be assisting with Design thinking, UX, UI and prototyping with a specific focus on mobile application design.
This includes working with:
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Participate in the end-to-end design process, including discovery and conceptualizing
- Design and create prototypes, wireframes, and user flows.
- Support the design and development of DBS products for mobile applications.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders across departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our current designs.
- Analyze feedback, insights, and Adobe Analytics data to inform design decisions.
If you apply for the student assistant position you will be working for app. 15 hours a week, and if you apply for the internship, you will be working for full time for minimum 16 weeks at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work. There is a possibility of working from home on agreed days.
What do you need to apply?
- You are studying an bachelor’s or master’s level within UX,UI, interaction design or similar and possess knowledge within Design Thinking, UX, UI and have a basic knowledge of Figma.
- You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive to bring ideas to life
- You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
