What is the job about?
As Chief Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in linking Production, Sales and Finance and act as right-hand to the WE regional sales director.
The Western Europe region operates as a full-fledged performance unit, covering 14 markets within our Domestic Building Service Division. The region collaborates closely with customers in the Trade channel as well as local OEM customers.
For the region, you will be a trusted partner in delivering solid financial insights and analysis that will enable fact-based decisions across the region.
Moreover, you will:
Develop business plans for new initiatives and support management in continuing the implementation of a group profitability mindset.
Interpret and translate the strategy and integrate with planning models.
Secure transparency and clarity on performance metrics and financial numbers end-to-end.
Optimize financial processes, including pricing processes in close alignment with Sales.
Drive the planning process, including annual target setting, budgeting, forecasting and coordinating business reviews.
Provide key facts and arguments for negotiations with top customers.
Consolidate budgets and control expenses.
Ensure frequent, timely and high-quality financial reporting across reporting dimensions.
Establish insight on financial cost-out support, extending to progress reporting and monitoring of P/L Impact.
Enable fact-based decisions across the region via dashboards.
Work in an international environment with colleagues located in many places in Europe.
Your background:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst who excels in working with financial data and possesses a deep understanding of various financial ratios and trends. The ideal candidate is adept at interpreting how these metrics influence company performance and can effectively communicate these insights to stakeholders.
As a person, you are persuasive, uses strong arguments and data-driven presentations to influence decision-making processes. You have high ethical standards and demonstrates integrity and professionalism in your everyday acts.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
Hold a master’s degree in finance, accounting, economy or similar.
Have at least 7-10 years of relevant work experience and in-depth knowledge about how controlling and finance operate.
Have experience with interactively building bridges between finance and business operations.
Have experience developing and implementing overall operation processes, preferably within a global finance environment.
