We are looking for an Organization & Change Management Specialist with solid knowledge about organizational structure and processes. The right candidate is dedicated to creating lean and agile organizations by analyzing the entire value chain of our organization. The mission of this position is to contribute to sustain and support regional businesses in the short-medium-long run. The goal is to support setting the right team to achieve business performance, promoting organizational alignment and transformation by deploying initiatives across several areas. You will report directly to the Regional HR Director and in dotted line to the Group Organisation & Change Manager.

We are looking for an Organization & Change Management Specialist with solid knowledge about organizational structure and processes. The right candidate is dedicated to creating lean and agile organizations by analyzing the entire value chain of our organization. The mission of this position is to contribute to sustain and support regional businesses in the short-medium-long run. The goal is to support setting the right team to achieve business performance, promoting organizational alignment and transformation by deploying initiatives across several areas. You will report directly to the Regional HR Director and in dotted line to the Group Organisation & Change Manager.
In accordance with Group People Strategy and policies and in constant alignment with Corporate HR the main responsibilities are:
- Analyzing and redesigning organization supporting the overall strategy
- Support the local management team as well as the corporate Organisation & Change Team in the analysis and redesign of organizational structures ensuring the FTE sizing based on workload analysis at the local level
- Designing internal transformation processes and steering transformations on all organizational levels including coaching people to succeed with new ways of working
- Taking the role as a scrum master, project manager, lean consultant when needed
- Support the corporate organization to define and to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure the effective monitoring and management of the most relevant organizational KPI’s
- Ensure the regional organizational model is continuously up to date in line with market best practices and fit-to-purpose to sustain the local structures into pursuing their strategic and business objectives
- Act as regional point of reference for the HR family for organizational effectiveness and improvement
- Guarantee the definition and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures related to organizational effectiveness matters
- Guarantee the organizational basics are in place by deploying and maintaining a set of key tools and enablers needed to effective management of the organizational structure, such as professional families, organizational set-ups and charts, job descriptions, and titling
- Guarantee the definition and application of a suitable job evaluation system aligned with the core business for the Group
Your profile
- You have been working with organizational transformations for 3-5 years in a global organization
- You have a master´s degree in Organisation Development, HR or Engineering or a related field
- You have solid experience as either a process/lean consultant, scrum master, organizational project manager, or management consultant
- You are dedicated to agility and change
- You have a high level of method awareness and can apply them with a holistic approach
- You are focused on creating results, and you believe in an appreciative approach to the execution of change. You can be normative but are aware that nothing is black and white. You love diversity and are both analytical and emphatic
- You have a great understanding of how to engage with and manage your stakeholders
- You have excellent English skills, both oral and written
