Are you experienced in Talent Management and Leadership Development? Are you passionate about enabling and aligning business strategy with impactful activities? Then you might be the HR Talent Management & Leadership Development Specialist maternity cover we are looking for.
You will be part of a professional and ambitious HR team of 10 colleagues located in Aalborg and Oslo working in an international setup. Your main role is to coordinate, deploy and report Local and Global People Development and initiatives in coordination with the Corporate Talent Management & Leadership Development function. The Maternity cover starts 1st October 2021 and lasts for 12 months with a structured onboarding to the organization and tasks.
The Talent Management & Leadership Development Specialist reports directly to the Regional HR Director and in dotted line to the Group Talent Management and Leadership Development Manager in Rome.

Key accountabilities in alignment with Corporate HR:
- Ensure the deployment and application of group policies, procedures, and processes for the competence area by also partnering the corporate function in the design and redesign phase
- Support and coordinate newly implemented Performance Management processes and Appraisal Dialogues
- Manage Graduate and Apprentice Programs
- Coordinate Talent Management Processes like Global Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, Group People Survey, Individual Development Plans etc.
- Support HR Business Partners by scouting, assessing, and recruiting international talents for the Region, in accordance with the local and group strategy and assure a proper onboarding program
- Create Employer Branding activities and communication
- Coordinate Leadership Training programs in the region

Your profile
- Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company, and preferably experience from working in a matrix structure
- Strong HR-toolbox, understanding of HR cycle and processes
- Strong project management skills
- Good English skills, both oral and written is a must
- Master’s degree in HR/Psychology or related field/equivalent education
- MS Office Proficiency
