We are looking for an experienced and engaged Health & Safety Manager for our Cement Plant in Aalborg. If you thrive in the heart of the production facilities and have a genuine passion for fostering a safe workplace though open dialogue and close collaboration, then we want to hear from you.
You will be leading a department with two employees and will have direct reference to the Plant Director.
Assignments
In this role, your primary assignment will be, in close collaboration with the work environment organization and the production, to plan, risk assess and set clear guidelines for how to carry out the work both in daily operation plus during larger maintenance assignments.

You have knowledge about ISO 45001 requirements and can proficiently investigate safety incidents using analytical tools to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Your comprehensive understanding of Danish work environment legislation enables you to effectively apply it in daily operations. As an experienced leader, you adeptly guide your team and set the standard for safety within the organization.
It is an advantage if you have completed the work environment coordinator training (P/B). Additionally, having a strong determination and excelling in fast-paced settings are essential qualities. Furthermore, identifying with the following are characteristics are key:

- Preparing and implementing necessary documentation and procedures related to health and Safety.
- Educating, communicating, and continuously improving our approach to creating a safe workplace.
- Coordinating implementation of safety measures during the planning and execution phases. of larger maintenance projects in close corporation with the organization.
- Conducting root cause analysis of incidents, including accidents and near misses.
- Facilitating follow-up discussions with employees and external stakeholders to promote safety culture.
- Enhancing safety instructions and risk assessments to ensure their effectiveness.
- Accurately reporting safety data.

- Known for a systematic approach and ensure that tasks are followed through and completed on time.
- Proficient communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and oral.
