As our new HSE Assistant, you will contribute to the continuous development of our QHSE department, ensuring that we reach our goals for health, safety, and environment.
About the job
We are looking for an HSE Assistant with experience in occupational health and safety, knowledge of ISO standards and the ability to design and deliver internal training.

You are driven and see solutions rather than problems. You follow-though on tasks, can communicate with authority and can cut discussions short to reach a decision in a constructive fashion. You can work independently, but at heart you are a team player and excel at cross collaboration.

About the job

- Facilitate and support the development and updating of our occupational health and safety management system.
- Hazard identification and prevention to protect the safety and health of our employees.
- Monitor and analyze occupational health and safety performance across every Liftra branch worldwide.
- Cultivating a health and safety culture grounded in the principles of human organizational performance.
- Support QHSE Coordinator with various tasks regarding improvement of the integrated QHSE management system.
About you

- Occupational health & safety advising. preferably in the manufacturing and/wind industry.
- The ISO 45001 standard for occupational health and safety management.
- Development and delivery of occupational health and safety related training and education.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting occupational health and safety outcomes.
- Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
