We are looking for on-call Chefs that are available to assist us on shorter notice, i.e. in connection with events and functions. These shifts can vary in length and can be on Mondays through Sundays, both morning and evening.
Our Kitchen Team has a taste for developing the flavors to cook up a storm and strives to deliver a hospitality experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.
Joining us as an on-call Chef means joining a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, where all aspects of the guest dining experience throughout the whole Hotel are delivered to the highest level
- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to enquiries and problem resolution
- Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation
REQUIREMENTS:
- A culinary degree/diploma (Svendebrev) is an advantage
- Experience with both a la carte and "main" kitchen tasks
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
Our award winning hotel in the Aarhus city center is perfectly situated beside the popular ARoS Art Museum and just 2 kilometers from "Den Gamle By", the open-air Old Town Museum.
In addition to a superb location, the hotel offers 234 rooms and suites with bold colors and contemporary design with themes of New York Mansion, Natural Cool or Urban. For a convenient and delicious dining experience, guests can visit our on-site restaurant RAA – Nordic Brasserie & Bar offering an upscale setting to gather over food and drinks. After a fine meal or a day of meetings, guests can relieve stress at the Fitness World center or take care of unfinished work in the business center.
