As our new Product Line Manager, you will be a member of our Team Sport category team with 8 ambitious and creative colleagues. We are an experienced and motivated team, who always aim to achieve the best results. Tasks

As Product Line Manager you will be responsible for the team sport range planning including determination of competitive price architecture, SKU planning, and market alignment. You will also be responsible for the product line management for inline NOOS and will support the seasonal collections as well as professional teams based on our sustainable business and market-oriented global product strategy.

You will be responsible for a team of 6 dedicated persons from design to garment technicians and product developers/buyers.

In addition, you will get the responsibility for:

  • Sourcing and/or developing the supplier portfolio to reflect future needs
  • Product engineering and price negotiation to be market relevant at any time
  • Securing development and production flow to optimize speed to market
  • Overlooking the development process from idea to approval for production
  • Line management in cooperation with internal stakeholders and markets

Qualifications and personality

Problem solving and proactively thinking are synonyms for your personality. It is important that you thrive in a changing and adapting environment, and that you tackle any challenges head on, exploring various opportunities to solve any issues. You must be able to make rational decisions, be strong in negotiations and act calmly in difficult situations with suppliers and other partners.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • Senior experience in product line management or category buying function
  • Textile education with focus on buying and/or textile production experience
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge on textile materials
  • Sound negotiation skills
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as working with other cultures
