Are you a hardcore coordinator? Would you love to lead a talented team through all phases of a game production and do you thrive in an agile environment in a rapidly growing business? Well, then you might just be the next member of the Funday team as we are on the lookout for our next producer for our Snapchat team.
Who you are:
Over the past few years, we have rapidly expanded our collaboration with Snapchat, and now we’re looking to add another producer to the team. We are in the fortunate position that we can - to some extent at least - shape and tweak the new producer position depending on the field of applicants and the final match. This means that whether you are relatively new to the producer role or have several years of experience, we can fit the working tasks and areas of responsibility accordingly. Therefore we would love to hear from you no matter your level of experience.

- Plan, coordinate and follow up on your team's workload and daily tasks
- Communicate with stakeholders, management and your team
- Facilitate, conduct and follow up on meetings
- Hold one on ones with your team members
- Ensure that your team is happy and motivated
- Forecasting

- You have a passion for games and working with creative people
- You’re able to work systematically and structured.
- You’re a great coordinator who loves keeping several balls in the air
- You’re a cultural front runner, and inspire a positive & fun working environment
- You’re flexible and able to work on various types of projects
- You know how to identify and manage risk and uncertainties
- You work well in a team
