At Johnson Controls, Global Marine & Offshore Service, we are currently looking for a new Service Project Manager to join our team in Holme, Aarhus. As a Service Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading Service projects within refrigeration and controls systems for our Marine customers. You’ll join a team of dedicated and service minded engineers, who execute a high number of smaller service projects on operating ships and platforms all around the world.
How you will do it
You will follow our Operational Excellence Model to secure we deliver a quality product to the right price, alongside top service and support that exceeds our customers’ expectations. We work in small project teams, and you will manage multiple projects at the same time.
You will lead the project and ensure project progress based on time schedule and keep track of deviations and deliverables from project kick-off until hand-over to customer. You take full ownership for the assigned projects to ensure operational and financial performance, handling risk mitigation. You will take advantage of opportunities for additional sales, while you, in cooperation with the team, ensure our project deliverables are based on the sold and agreed scope and terms.
What we are looking for
You are a service minded Project Manager, or Engineer, who are looking to move into Service Project Management.

How you will do it

What we are looking for
You are a service minded Project Manager, or Engineer, who are looking to move into Service Project Management.
- You are a structured and proactive communicator who is driven by results and true Customer Service
- You can handle many smaller projects simultaneously and can prioritize on the fly without losing overview or compromising our high service standards
- You have an educational background within mechanical or electrical engineering, Automation, or maybe even technical education within HVAC/R
- You are experienced in working with technically complex products and systems.
- Preferably, you know something about HVAC, refrigeration, and Automation in the Marine industry
- You can communicate in English and preferably also Danish fluently
