We are looking for a technical documentation employee who will be responsible for preparing the technical CE and 3rd-party final documentation for the products we produce.
You will be part of a strong CE Documentation team with five other documentation employees, with whom you will work closely. Your responsibility will be to independently complete order documentation packages that our customers have requested for their products, which may involve some customer contact.
This is an exciting position with broad responsibilities in a dynamic environment, where work is carried out cross-organizationally in close collaboration with project engineers, production staff, inspectors, and customers.

Provide service to our customers when they request information on their orders and, especially, to our subcontractors worldwide to obtain or forward certificates.

At Johnson Controls' IR Product Technology, we develop and design industrial refrigeration systems and heat pumps for a diverse customer base across all industrial segments within the food industry, marine, process, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as installations in warehouses and data centers. In the External Documentation department, we are responsible for preparing technical CE and 3rd-party final documentation for our customers worldwide.

How you will do it
Provide service to our customers when they request information on their orders and, especially, to our subcontractors worldwide to obtain or forward certificates.
Additionally:
- Verify materials in collaboration with production
- Collect and prepare documentation packages for loose containers, compressors, and refrigeration/heat pump systems
- Issue CE compliance declarations within PED requirements
- Issue certificates based on 3rd-party approval
- Actively participate in maintaining the department's internal procedures and routine tasks
- Actively participate in cross-organizational optimization projects
What we look for
- You have an education that includes technical documentation, e.g., technical assistant, production technologist, or similar.
- Experience with SAP and SharePoint
- Structured, detail-oriented, and a strong finisher
- Able to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a busy work environment
- Practical-oriented and good at communicating at all levels.
- Fluent in both Danish and English
- Thrives in a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are natural to you, but you also enjoy working independently
- Strong IT competencies
