Use your stakeholder management skills and play a key consulting role on financial matters
Do you have excellent financial understanding, good analytical skills and a proactive approach towards stakeholders? Are you focused on delivering high-quality results and eager to challenge status quo?
We are looking for a new Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Department at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. You will act as a financial business partner towards the Operations area with special focus on the Tools department and investments across the COO area.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…act as financial business partner for our COO area on financial matters and ensure performance controlling in terms of budget setting, cost control and performance reporting. You will ensure that we have transparency in all tools related costs and drive a more activity based costing principal. You will also support Tools and other departments in COO with creation of business cases and various models to improve performance. As the Finance Business Partner, you will have the overall responsibility of all investments done in the COO area (primarily tools and transport equipment) including reporting, budgeting, alignment and forecasting.
You will also be responsible for:
Creating transparency and drive awareness between COO back office department costs and the relation to the different ongoing construction and service projects Ensuring a consistent development of processes and methods to drive continuous improvement of the COO area Driving financial control and optimisation in Microsoft Dynamics AX set-up for tools and other COO activities Creating budgets and forecasts for tools and other departments in COO area Monthly performance reporting for several departments in the COO area Developing performance reports and KPIs for Tools to track consumption and cost spend across Pre-Assembly, Projects and Service Driving Microsoft PowerBI usage across COO in regards to financial matters Ensuring high data quality and a good understanding of the underlying financial processes to ensure transparency in reporting Supporting on development of business cases for the COO area to improve cost
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has practical experience from a similar role as a business controller or Finance Business partner in an international company, preferably in the wind, oil or a similar industry. It is important that you have good analytical and strong communication skills, and that you are proactive towards stakeholders. You are focused on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
We expect that you:
Hold a relevant business education (bachelor’s or master’s degree) Have 5 years of experience from as similar position Are a team player Have a pragmatic approach towards problem solving Have good business understanding Have advanced Excel skills and preferably also Microsoft Dynamics AX Have experience with Microsoft Power BI
