Finance Group Finance Reporting & Compliance IT Business Partnering & Financial Controlling
Our current employee in the position has been promoted to a manager role in the IT business, hence we are looking for a new talented team member to our team.
The main task will be related to further financially develop and support the Project Portfolio area in IT - from project initiation to value harvesting.
You will step into a team consisting of two Financial Business Partners. You will be working as a link between Group Finance, Global IT and Business units.
The IT Business Partnering and Financial Controlling team functions as a control and support function for the Global IT CIO and management. The team is responsible for supporting with financial overviews, reporting, analysis, budgets and controls.
Global IT is the business area responsible for all IT within Vestas, and with reference to the Group CFO. Global IT covers everything from business engagement and requirements gathering to project implementations, infrastructure operations, service integration between vendors and end user support.

Responsibilities
Together with your colleagues in the team, you will oversee the following areas of responsibility:
- Continuously improving the portfolio financial control and processes
- Take an active part in the monthly financial close process and reporting
- Ensure that Global IT is in full control over cost, financial forecasts and budgets
- Bridge the finance processes to the strategic targets of organisational transformation activities
- Further development of the IT Project funding model in Vestas
- Stakeholder management towards Global IT management team and IT project managers
Qualifications
We envision that you may have the following qualification:
- A master’s degree in finance, business or similar
- Between 1-5 years of relevant work experience. It is beneficial if you have worked in an international and complex environment
- An understanding of how to work with finance ERP Business Intelligence, Project tools and methods
- Solid MS Excel skills
- Proficiency in English both verbal and in writing
