About the department
Vestas' Global Service business is continuously growing and has strategic importance. With our corporate strategy "Global leader in Sustainable Energy Solutions" we have set ambitious growth targets for the Service business in the coming years. Achieving such targets requires a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally - and digitalization is a key element.
As a Graduate you will join an established and growing "Digital Customer Channel" team located across Aarhus and Copenhagen. We work closely together with other global functions such as Marketing, Commercial, Supply chain, finance, IT, SBUs and external partners to develop and implement strategic Service business solutions fuelled by digital.
Responsibilities
During the Graduate Programme you will be enrolled in two 12-months rotations. Each of the rotations will be within a new business area and thereby you will get the opportunity to grow your strategic and functional competencies and skills within different areas.
Throughout the rotation you can expect tasks that are considered in conjunction with the current business needs and your personal competencies and interests.
The first-year rotation will be in Digital Costumer Channel, and during the first rotation you will be informed about the second-year rotation.
You will have a chance to work on a strategic Service business initiative introducing a new digital business model & business platform. Based on your profile you will work with project management disciplines, transformational tasks and adoption of our solutions, communication tasks and participate actively in concept development.

Qualifications
- Hold a relevant master’s degree (or are about to finish one before June 2021) from university. We are open for various university backgrounds
- Solid IT skills
- English language required
- Experience from living abroad (studying/working)
