SBU NCE NCE Construction PMO, Portfolio Planning & Analytics Business Improvement & Processes
Business Improvements and Processes is a department within PMO, Portfolio Planning and Analytics under the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) business unit at Vestas. The goal of PMO, Portfolio Planning and Analytics is to support the region in the effective execution of onshore and offshore Construction Projects. Business Improvements & Processes will ensure the regional construction business has the necessary framework, processes and systems to complete the projects and ensure alignment of these initiatives with Global Construction.

SBU NCE NCE Construction PMO, Portfolio Planning & Analytics Business Improvement & Processes
Business Improvements and Processes is a department within PMO, Portfolio Planning and Analytics under the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) business unit at Vestas. The goal of PMO, Portfolio Planning and Analytics is to support the region in the effective execution of onshore and offshore Construction Projects. Business Improvements & Processes will ensure the regional construction business has the necessary framework, processes and systems to complete the projects and ensure alignment of these initiatives with Global Construction.
Responsibilities
- Develop, support and maintain processes that support our Constructions sites in implementing the projects
- Ensure process excellence and enable design process improvements on a continuous basis
- Support the strategic process roadmap and secure alignment in collaboration with key stakeholders incl. Global Construction
- Handle and evaluate incoming change requests from the business and support the decision-making process via. analysis, recommendation and communication across the NCE Construction
- Model and document processes on all operational levels by following process excellence guidelines and methodologies
Qualifications
- Academic degree in information management, business administration, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position working with process management within a global operating company
- Possess an understanding of the relationship between operational activities and processes
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- An enthusiastic and systematic approach to your tasks
- Experience with systems used for process management or experience with Construction is good-to-have
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

- Owning the ability to prioritize, focus on the details and meet deadlines will be key for this role
- Ability to work across various parts of the value chain, identify and involve the needed business stakeholders
- Solid interpersonal competencies and ability to collaborate with all levels in the organization
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good business process understanding and ability to work cross-functional
- Continuous improvement mindset as well as a solution-oriented and creative approach to your work
