At our office in Aarhus, you will join our air freight team focusing on both import and export volumes in close collaboration with sales, product and pricing team to ensure a seamless delivery on the cargo handled by air transportation modes.

Key responsibilities
You will play a key role in our airfreight team, handling end-to-end operations. You will be responsible for the customer experience journey for your clients and be in daily contact with customers and vendors.
Amongst other, you will:
• Handle the end-to-end shipment process in both import and export volumes
• Ensure shipments are filed timely and accurate and profit and loss is explained and followed up upon.
• Coordinate with the commercial organization on customer commitments and forecasts
• Quote on ad-hoc shipments and perform vendor negotiations
We are looking for
Needless to say, you are passionate about delivering great customer experience. Your excellent communications skills allow you to tackle any issues with a smile, and your experience enables you to quickly identify the right solution.
You love spotting ways to optimize existing processes, and you are not afraid to speak your mind. Moreover, you:
- You come with a freight forwarding background with experience of handling air freight
- Thrives in a customer facing role where you are to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Great problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
- Your coordinating and communication skills are on point
- Speak and write Danish fluent and English effortlessly
