Maersk is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Systems Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and improving our global IT-supported management system, ensuring our processes align with ISO9001 standards. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality assurance and has a knack for meticulous process review and document control.

The Role:

As a Quality Systems Co-ordinator, you will be a part of the Maersk Project Logistics product with more than 350 colleagues globally. You'll report into the Global Head of QHSE at Headquarters. Within the organization, you will operate in our QHSE Community, where we strive to support our external and internal clients at the highest level. The QHSE organization is built around one Global Head of QHSE and five Regional Heads of QHSE. The position requires a strong, open, and diplomatic mindset, with essential experience in quality management. Together with the team, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our foundation for our processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Improve Management System: You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our globally implemented IT-supported management system, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
  • KPI Measurement and Reporting: Regularly measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help us track and improve our performance.
  • Quarterly QHSE Reports: Prepare detailed and comprehensive Quarterly Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) reports to support our commitment to excellence.
  • Conduct Internal Audits: Drive and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to our quality management system and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

  • ISO9001 standard
  • Experience in process review and document control.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
