Actively lead several complex client projects and coordinate the team’s execution both at an operational, tactical and strategic level to meet both short- and long-term targets.

Be able to quality assure and drive work that delivers results within digital marketing platforms as well as digital maturity projects (eg. CLV and/or attribution)

Identify and deploy technical solutions for improved results and efficiency gains.

Consistently coach and develop junior and senior colleagues to be high performers

Build and own relationship with client stakeholders (incl. C-level) to deliver key projects and cement Precis as a strategic partner.

Negotiate contracts and develop the client portfolio.

Build a team through heavy involvement in the recruitment process and being the primary responsible for talent retention in your team.

Own and execute on Precis strategic goals and annual financial plan.

Be an ambassador for Precis internally and externally.

4+ years of experience of performance marketing, including paid search, paid social and display.

You don’t need to have years of leadership experience, but you care deeply about developing people around you and have a proven track record of mentoring, teaching or coaching others.

Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and the connection between them.

Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus.

Proven experience in leading client-facing digital marketing projects.

Deep understanding of relevant technologies and how they can be used to create strategic value.

Strong strategic and analytical skills.

Consultative and proactive approach to client management

Strong written and verbal English and Danish skills.
