Business Line Manager - Industrial Air

Are you a result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record within the sales business with excellent negotiation skills?We are looking for a Business Line Manager for our Industrial Air Division. About the job
As Business Line Manager for AIM it is your mission to develop the Industrial Air portfolio of brands which comprises: Alup, Mark, Pneumatech and Chicago Pneumatic, and ensure that each brand is correctly positioned in the different markets. You will work in close collaboration with the Division to guarantee that our offer remains competitive by providing relevant information for product development and through the use of different PCs in different regions. You will lead the Sales Team located in Denmark and Sweden and pro-actively measure dealer satisfaction, develop and implement action plans to further improvement. You will translate AIM Divisional strategy into the local structure, action plans and KPIs, and you take responsibility over customer credit collection and payments and customer credibility. Furthermore, you ensure that all Business Review Meetings or Business Update Meetings are conducted regularly with valuable and detailed information to support our profitable growth mission. Further tasks will be:
  • Prioritize the development of new business: Industrial Gases and Air Treatment via Pneumatech.
  • Take Brand Management, Competence Development, Presence and Prince management as pillars for a sustainable and profitable business
  • Control our Functional Cost efficiency
  • Responsible for Profit & Loss, balance sheet statement for Industrial Air Division
  • Develop and continue marketing actions and campaigns with the Communications Coordinator

Your success will be defined by delivering strong, double-digit growth as priority one and to succeed in this role you must believe in and promote this attitude at all times. You will follow a cost-conscious principle as well in all activities.On the sales and marketing side you will implement The Way to Market and Way to Sales excellence principles. You actively manage the business by densify our presence zooming in every territory, using different brands and using different sales channels.Another focus area is to improve our distributor management practices trough the implementation of Loyalty/Incentive Program and Distributor Review Meetings. About youYou are a result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in sales development and territory management. You have excellent negotiation skills, financial acumen and a solid background in managing direct & indirect sales as well as territory management.You have a bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field or you have built up the knowledge trough life experience. You have at least 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales in an international business environment.You have proved very successful in people management and possess great leadership skills, and your customer focus is more than strong. Furthermore, your ability to problem solve and provide strong technical and commercial solutions is through the roof. A perquisite for this position is English at business level and excellent planning, organizational and communication skills You are a structured individual who has a strong planning, organizing and reporting ability and a strong sense of urgency. You are fluent in English and Danish. We look for:
