The role and the team you’ll be joining
We depend on the creativity, drive, and independent thinking of individuals, but our successes are always team efforts. That’s where you fit in. Your primary focus will be to create, facilitate and power up a network for our 7 current student workers in Aarhus and Interns entering our Fall program. We need you to engage, connect and set activities to support the development of our youngest talents. Our group of students describe our environment as inclusive and welcoming. You’ll get hands-on experience with tasks and projects that matter.

The People team is a central function to propel engagement and facilitate long-term retention. On a daily basis you team up with our two People Business Partners skilled in people processes, communications strategies, leadership coaching and change management. The team is located in Aarhus, working face to face and virtually with 70+ ambitious colleagues across three time zones. Your team colleagues will coach and develop your skills - they are both experienced in mentoring interns, so it is safe to say, you will be in good hands. We put common sense over rules. Initiatives over orders. And trust before unnecessary processes.

  • A dedicated student buddy offering sparring on joining a workplace combined with an ongoing dialog with our People team who can see eye to eye with your challenges or doubts
  • Sessions about your personality profile to gain insights on your way of working and how to work on strengths and development areas and the bigger picture around career aspirations
  • Plenty of benefits such as lunch, discount schemes and social events. A monthly gratuity may be provided in recognition of your efforts if your place of study allows it
