Are you an enthusiastic automation designer, who will design our next generation Library automation solutions? Job description
Lyngsoe Systems is already one of the leading companies in automation solutions for libraries, and continues a journey of growth and development, and we are seeking a strong candidate to join our experienced team.
In this job, your responsibilities will include:
You will be a key person in connecting the development team and the production, so delivered quality is assured from early design to the final, affordable product.
Desired skills and experience
Automation professional – Electrician / Engineer level education
You will enjoy working in both a project-oriented development team, working across multiple projects with strict deadlines, as well as being a key person in quality assurance in a series production. You are goal-oriented, enthusiastic, reliable and have excellent communication skills.

Job description
Lyngsoe Systems is already one of the leading companies in automation solutions for libraries, and continues a journey of growth and development, and we are seeking a strong candidate to join our experienced team.
In this job, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring adherence to electronic safety standards and regulations (CE, UL and FCC).
- Design of electrical schematics – such as E-plan
- Participation in product development – bridging development and production
- Sustaining engineering – performance improvements and replacement of obsolete components
- Quality assurance in production – electrical test procedures
You will be a key person in connecting the development team and the production, so delivered quality is assured from early design to the final, affordable product.
Desired skills and experience
Automation professional – Electrician / Engineer level education
- Understanding of PLC, PC, and firmware interconnectivity
- Designing solutions ready for lean production (producibility and serviceability)
- Responsible for delivered product quality in terms of electrical systems
- Identifying and testing components for improved performance or replacement of obsolete ones
- Familiarity with version management (e.g. of PCB components)
- You should be fluent in Finnish and English.
- Category S3 certificate of qualification a plus
