About the department
As Strategic Finance Partner for the Senior Vice President area Devices & Supply Chain Management (D&S), you will be a part of D&S Business Support (BS) located in Bagsværd, Denmark.
D&S is responsible for device, needle, contract and local manufacturing, as well as sourcing and supply chain management across Product Supply. This covers a wide range of functions such as bringing new devices from Research & Development into production, manufacturing and sourcing of device components and needles, managing a large number of CMOs and supply chain planning.

The position
Your primary responsibility will be the strategic finance agenda and drive benefit realisation from key strategic programmes and initiatives across D&S. This will be done through developing the financial response to the D&S Business Plan together with D&S Finance team and by driving execution of this strategy. Furthermore, you will play a key role in strategic decisions by driving financial assessments and exploratory business cases. To succeed you will need to have very strong analytical skills, a strategic mind set and continuously bring forth new ideas and opportunities, as well as having excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will liaise with all parts of D&S, along with close interaction with the central finance function. To create business impact, the role calls for solid project management skills and experience with process facilitation.
Qualifications
You hold a relevant finance degree and have 3-5 years of experience within finance, supply chain or management support and a proven track record of delivering consistently high performance. You need to be fluent in English and comfortable working across functions and cultures as you will be working in an international team and engaging with international stakeholders.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about strategic finance, who can build good relationships to key stakeholders and be able to communicate on a strategic level with senior management across D&S. You can drive a process end-to-end and are structured, independent and comfortable with managing your own time and deliverables. You are curious on all aspects of the business and come with new ideas and recommendations based on financial and business insights. You have professional and personal impact, high energy and a sense of urgency that is reflected in your desire to make a true difference.
