About the department
Corporate Metrology and Validation, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for the metrology process within Novo Nordisk. The metrology process is applied throughout the value chain from Development to delivering products to the patient.
Our Purpose is to develop, support and operate an efficient and effective quality management system within the metrological process across Novo Nordisk. We focus on our stakeholders needs, regulatory compliance and industry standards within the field of metrology. A close collaboration with our stakeholders solving metrological issues is essential.
The job
Together with your colleagues, you will provide input to and support the metrology process across Novo Nordisk. You will be part of an experienced team that ensure effective and efficient operation in line of business with regards to metrology. You will do this by providing training, expert knowledge and being at shop floor in our line of business.
You will be responsible for writing global and local instructions with regards to metrology and to introduce continuous improvements. You will work anchored in Bagsværd, but you will collaborate with stakeholders from all around the globe. There will be occasional travel activities.
Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry or other equivalent education. You have a background within metrology, production of pharmaceuticals (e.g. within production, QC or QA) and you have a strong knowledge within GMP. We expect you to possess a strong quality and analytical mindset.
We expect you to have experience in collaborating positively with many different stakeholders on various organisational levels. We expect that you define yourself as robust, a self-starter, and a great collaborator that always has a positive attitude.
You have strong communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way and have excellent command of English as well as Danish, both written and spoken.
