The position
As Senior Portfolio Manager in IFP Technology Development Projects, you will set direction, drive ambitious targets, and keep the overview on development and implementation of all initiatives for our new to be built aseptic production (AP) sites.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects. Your tasks will include:
The opportunity will involve a high degree of stakeholder management with the SVP area AP Expansion, the new site facilities, but also internally within IFP Manufacturing Development. As a natural part of the projects, you will be in close dialogue with the business line, QA, SME, Inspection, and all management levels like Head of site, Directors, Corporate Vice Presidents (CVP), Senior Vice Presidents (SVP), and Executive Vice Presidents (EVP).

As your projects will be cross-borders, some travelling would be expected, this is estimated up to 10%.

On a personal level, you have a curious mind and a drive to set and reach ambitious targets on new ground. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind.
About the department
Our department, IFP Technology Development Projects, is responsible for technology development and implementation in global programs that will ensure our brand new IFP aseptic production sites are built including the latest emerging technologies and processes. We play an essential role in the Novo Nordisk future, and we are expected to be the front runners for development of new technologies, but also to set ambitious goals and deliver the needed solutions for the future aseptic production.
IFP Technology Development Projects is a department consisting of highly engaged and experienced project managers, program managers and portfolio managers, who runs global projects/programs in close collaboration with consultants and suppliers as well as our aseptic production sites in China, Russia, France, Denmark, Brazil, and the United States.

The position
As Senior Portfolio Manager in IFP Technology Development Projects, you will set direction, drive ambitious targets, and keep the overview on development and implementation of all initiatives for our new to be built aseptic production (AP) sites.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects. Your tasks will include:
- Prioritisation of projects and bringing projects to management for governance.
- Reporting on status of projects and coordinating between projects.
- Managing project risks on a program level.
- Ensuring close collaboration and alignment with project managers throughout IFP Manufacturing Development.

Qualifications
- You hold an academic degree within engineering, pharmaceutical science, economics or similar.
- Your experience is within AP with an understanding of the value chain from formulation, filling to inspection.
- Have working experience as a project manager, program manager or portfolio manager.
- You are a natural leader and team player, and you quickly build strong working relationships.
- Good communication skills are a must, including the ability to target your communication at a broad set of stakeholders at all organisational levels.
