The position
Novo Nordisk continues to build and invest in in-house digital solutions, and we in the Digital Accelerator are playing an instrumental role in partnering with the business to bring these solutions to life. This is your chance to join a team that makes a big impact by building digital solutions with the newest cloud technologies.
You will be joining a newly started cross-functional scrum team (Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, Front- and Back-end Engineers, Agile Coach and Scrum Master) and support in shaping the product roadmap and building new features. The team delivers solutions to our Product Supply and Manufacturing Intelligence area, specializing in optimizing the digital capabilities of production sites in Novo Nordisk.
What to expect
• Gain knowledge about the user’s needs, and helping to translate this into digital products fit for purpose
• Help to ensure that the products developed make a difference to the users, as well as being instrumental in iterating with a diverse user community from idea to MVP and beyond
• You will drive the process from early UX research to final design implementation taking full responsibility for all phases
• Conduct interviews, facilitating workshops, and analysing data to understand the business context and identify problems and opportunities for making a difference
As we are pioneering the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk, we expect you to challenge and inspire the organisation as well as take part in establishing a strong internal community to share knowledge and learnings.
Qualifications
• Msc in Digital Design, Business, IT or another relevant field or you have worked within this space for an extended period and have an impressive track record to show.
• Proven track-record of working with different types of customers and users, and have been involved in all stages of understanding the user experience journey, from problem definition to personas and user-stories, all the way to creating wire-frames and mock-ups to illustrate your findings.
• Experience working with tools such as Adobe XD and Figma, and are always eager to add new tools and frameworks to your skillset.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
As a person you are a strong communicator, comfortable with sketching and facilitating ideation sessions and workshops and you thrive working in a Scrum team in an agile setting, team player, who excels in an environment with a high degree of empowerment. You can work independently and engage with colleagues and stakeholders and all levels of the organisation.
We are looking for someone empathetic, patient and can effectively engage with others – whether one-on-one or in a group. Passionate about agile ways of working and are eager to deliver values with your unique skillset. It’s an advantage if you have experience from a large enterprise setup, working with internal on-boarding and adoption of new software.
