The position
We offer a 12-month contract (maternity cover), during which you would be able to try new tasks and build a network in the organization. This could be a great opportunity to build your career, and we are open to adjusting the tasks and the level of the position to your experience.
You will be heading up project groups with members from e.g., Manufacturing Development, Production, QA, Regulatory Affairs and QC. Your role will be to inspire and motivate the project group to deliver excellent results by ensuring clear project scopes, use of risk management and project plans that secure transparency for all key stakeholders. You will be responsible for related communication to stakeholders (e.g., Management, the Finish Product organisation, Sourcing, QA and Regulatory Affairs).

You will also be involved in the regulatory activities. Thus, it is important, that you have a keen interest in ensuring the right information in the documentation for the health authorities in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders.

About the department
In PS API Manufacturing Project Office, Life Cycle Management we are a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers focusing on insulin and GLP-1 Drugs Substances for marketed products. We execute projects for process optimisation set to improve capacity and quality and reduce cost and we support project governance that secures continuous optimisation across PS API. We are deeply involved in the regulatory work associated with Life Cycle Management of the Drug Substances.

The location is optional and can either be in Bagsværd or in Kalundborg, as we have team members in both locations.

You can also look forward to:
- driving a portfolio of cross-organisational projects
- having responsibility for lifecycle management projects for one of our marketed Insulin Substances.
- identifying improvement ideas, in collaboration with stakeholders, to ensure a continuous improvement of the processes.
You will also be involved in the regulatory activities. Thus, it is important, that you have a keen interest in ensuring the right information in the documentation for the health authorities in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
- an academic Degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. or similar) in pharmacy, engineering, biotechnology, or other Life Sciences
- some years of experience in medical production or development
- experience with project management or project coordination
- full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
