The position
As IT Compliance Partner to the sites, you will provide guidance on interpretation and implementation of Novo Nordisk IT processes to the sites, in collaboration with the other IT Quality organisations in Novo Nordisk.
In this role you will together with the local site experts secure inspection readiness by driving continuous improvements within IT compliance across all the IFP sites. You will be the link for escalating local perspectives and the channel to align across the global organisation.
As IT/OT Compliance Partner you will be expected to:
A significant part is to ensure of the job is to ensure efficient and effective implementation of optimisations whereby aligning local processes to the global approach. You will use your network and use your leadership skills to create followship in the organisation. In the role you will support and equip local site IT compliance and validation experts to make robust quality decisions.

About the Department
Our department Manufacturing IT IFP programs is a newly established department consisting of specialists working closely together with stakeholders on our IFP Sites globally in Novo Nordisk, to move forward strategic projects and initiatives. You will get the opportunity to join a team working in an international and high-performance environment. The team is mainly located in Bagsværd and you will collaborate with people across the world.

- Have in depth knowledge of site setup and differences
- Set direction, drive projects, and deliver results in an environment that fosters innovation and creative thinking.

- Bachelor or Master’s degree within IT, pharmacy, engineering, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry within IT/OT project management, quality, or production.
- In-depth understanding of IT/OT compliance requirements.
- Have a flair for stakeholder management and networking at various organisational levels.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
