The position
As Agile Coach you will join us in facilitating and enabling the agile journey across the IT departments at the Injectable Finished Products (IFP) sites within Novo Nordisk.
We are just starting up our agile journey in the global IT departments within IFP building upon the agile transformations done across our global IT organisation the past 5 years. You will get a unique opportunity to impact the development of the agile culture together with other dedicated coaches, and transformation leads.
Initially you will together with other passionate colleagues be part of creating a design for an agile organisation across production sites. Later, you will be responsible for guiding and engaging with teams and organisations in the early stages to help them establish structures, processes, and roles and to guide them through backlog creation, daily stand-ups, planning sessions and other agile events.
You will mentor the various agile roles in building the needed capabilities and make sure they master the Agile disciplines before you move on.
As agile coach at Novo Nordisk you will be expected to:

Our department Manufacturing IT IFP programs is a newly established department consisting of specialists working closely together with stakeholders on our IFP Sites globally in Novo Nordisk, to move forward strategic projects and initiatives. You will get the opportunity to join a team working in an international and high-performance environment. The team is mainly located in Bagsværd and you will collaborate with people across the world.

- Work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change and fast decisions are needed to move on
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Build the agile transformation team by acting as a scrum master
- Be ambitious, proactive, and curious
Novo Nordisk has decided to build its agile foundation on SAFe and we expect you to be knowledgeable within this framework.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field
- In depth knowledge on Agile principles, methodology and events, experience working with Agile transformations in large complex organisations
- Extensive hands-on experience as an Agile Coach and have a track record of coaching and leading high performing Agile teams
- Understand the importance of flexibility and change management to succeed with your ideas and beliefs
- Quickly spot anti-patterns and act proactively to ensure the needed guidance and attention for the teams to get back on track
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite
