Finance Business Partner
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to help support Novo Nordisk’s production sites with financial transparency

The position and responsibilities
As Finance Business Partner you will draw on your experience from large organizations, ensuring that our Production sites always complies with our internal guidelines.
You will gain insights into the core of the Novo Nordisk’s engine room, and you are expected to proactively manage and participate in projects and other initiatives securing the financial transparency & compliance.
As a person you demonstrate a structured approach to your work without compromising the quality of your deliverables. You have a natural curiosity of nature and willingness to use this to dive into the issues raised by line of business.

About the department
The department (PAIC) is part of Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance (PSQIT) located in Bagsværd, Denmark headquarters - An international, diverse, and high-performing department consisting of around 30-35 people from approx. 12+ different countries.
Your team consist of 12 colleagues and is responsible for ensuring a strong financial foundation in SAP across the Novo Nordisk supply chain, overseeing the investment portfolio, and maintaining a high level of compliance in our Sarbox control environment.

The position and responsibilities
As Finance Business Partner you will draw on your experience from large organizations, ensuring that our Production sites always complies with our internal guidelines.
- Your tasks will consist of providing insights to the line of business and support in planning
- Contribute to perform a transparent costing of all our products
- Participate in Month End and Year End closing processes and budget periods
- Maintaining a high level of compliance and a strong financial framework within SAP
- You can expect to be involved in a wide range of finance related tasks with varying complexity
- Close collaboration with our colleagues in our Global Business Services department in India
You will gain insights into the core of the Novo Nordisk’s engine room, and you are expected to proactively manage and participate in projects and other initiatives securing the financial transparency & compliance.

Qualifications

Further:
- You hold relevant degree within Finance, Business, Accounting or similar and have a proven track record from experience in a production company
- Solid understanding of financial processes and underlying accounting flows
- Experience with SAP and accounting knowledge
- High proficiency in English – both spoken and written
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people at different levels of the organization
