At Novo Nordisk, we embark on a digital transformational journey and implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Through that journey, we are revitalising the ERP backbone of our company and we need you as an instrumental part of this journey.
As our new colleague, you will lead and act as our SME in SAP S/4 HANA, where you, in a team of architects, will be responsible for moving us into the new era of SAP. This truly is going to be one of the most significant transformational projects, where you can deploy your SAP best practice knowledge and will need to find new innovative ways of overcoming obstacles.
As part of this journey, you will lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design within the area. In addition, you will be working with and setting the direction for the community of solution architects and assure that best practices are adopted across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Do you have what it takes?
We expect that you come from a similar position as a Lead Architect with a bachelor's or master's degree in IT. You have more than five years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA. As a person, you act as a role model for colleagues and team members within the field of expertise, and you hold strong communication- and stakeholder management skills. You are motivated, persistent, eager to optimise, and drive for excellence.

- Proven experience within an S/4HANA implementation
- An Extensive leadership experience within the architecture domain
- Excellent communication skills to address technical and non-technical audiences.
- A track record in implementing large complex solutions across several technologies.
- Certified within SAFe DevOps and SAFe for Architect
- A certification in System or Solution Architecture or other relevant certifications within EA, Cloud, or CI/CD is an advantage.

As our new colleague, you will join DDI & Cross IT where the SAP S/4HANA Programme is anchored. Here you will join a team of architects with a similar passion for SAP. Despite being anchored in Cross IT, you will, as part of your role, get to work across all areas of Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) – the internal IT organisation of Novo Nordisk, where you will get to meet and collaborate with different colleagues from around the business. All of which have the same goal of driving the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading system architecture as a discipline across Novo Nordisk by setting the direction and collaborating across SVP areas.
- Contribute to Agile Release Train (ART) events related to SAP
- Drive the Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP) execution
- Provide oversight of the technical dimension and foster built-in quality and team and technical agility
- Facilitate an involving and constructive dialogue with senior stakeholders to ensure business deliveries
- Support Global Process Owners in cross-enterprise efforts to transform business processes and explore opportunities to maximise the use of SAP/ Industry standards, including the mobilisation and management of key stakeholders in securing the necessary support
- Adapt agile mindset and way of working to make day-to-day work efficient and collaborative with business stakeholders
