The position
You will work with maturing and developing requirements, best practices and clear roles and responsibilities for enabling machine learning solutions in our business processes ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You will also ensure that we live up to all regulatory requirements. You will be in close collaboration w ith ML Engineers, D ata scientist, Line of Business, Quality and IT in a highly regulated area. You will be supporting and guiding stakeholders across the organisation on the requirements and best practices within this area. Qualifications
You have a relevant Master´s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent. In addition, you have: 3-5 years of experience from a regulated industry (manufacturing or IT), preferable Pharma and GAMP®5 Experience with Risk Assessment Experience with digitalization and automation of processes Understanding of machine learning and statistics is a benefit but not a requirement As a person you are d riven by a high-quality mindset and have an ability to enforce this in a pragmatic way. You are respectful, empathic, and open-minded in your communication with stakeholders with various educational and cultural background, and like the diversity and complexity of these interactions.
As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in writing and spoken.

PSMI is a department of digital experts collaborating and co-creating the with deep know ledged colleagues in the Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing processes. We are anchored in the TEC area within Global Product Supply (PSQIT TEC). Our purpose is to enable the manufacturing sites with Intelligence, by driving the digital transformation efforts and scaling global digital product and solutions.
