As Health & Safety CVP coordinator you will be responsible for driving the agenda on Health & Safety (HS) across an organisation of 250 people. Your key responsibility is to ensure that the current setup across the organisation meets both requirements and ambitions on Health & Safety. That entails:

About the department
As HS coordinator you will be working from the department Warp Speed that is part of the CVP area CMC API Pilots in CMC Development. The department is responsible for implementing a large investment project that will increase the clinical API capacity.
You will have a workday with a large degree of independence and at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. The department is based in Bagsværd and the majority of the work will be in Bagsværd

The Position
As Health & Safety CVP coordinator you will be responsible for driving the agenda on Health & Safety (HS) across an organisation of 250 people. Your key responsibility is to ensure that the current setup across the organisation meets both requirements and ambitions on Health & Safety. That entails:
- Support a group of Health & Safety representatives across the organisation through 1:1, shopfloor, board meetings etc.
- Train and guide local leadership and representatives in systems, processes, and areas of responsibility
- Continuously evaluate Health & Safety-setup across the area and in local departments looking for ways to improve
- Help with assessments or systematic problem solving related to Health & Safety matters
- Support major investment projects by assessing risks in work processes, by securing a safe design and construction site
Qualifications
You enjoy working independently and you have the competences to drive processes and systems in collaboration with peers and colleagues. You thrive in working structured and you can handle a large network of stakeholders across the whole organization. You have:
- A relevant technical/bachelor’s degree or other relevant education
- At least 3-5 years of experience, preferably from a similar position or within a regulated industry
- Experience working in a production environment handling chemical substances and machines/equipment
- Experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting key stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Full working proficiency in Danish
