What you will be doing As our new Senior Implementation Manager be accountable for managing and implementing our global data management solutions to support the ambitious agenda around data in Novo Nordisk. This is an opportunity to work in one of the strategic areas with a focus on data management technologies, processes, and solutions for master data management, data quality, and data governance to mention some of the areas in scope. You will be engaged in one or more implementations of business epics or architectural runways, depending on the size and complexity as well as your domain experience. Your key responsibilities will be: Implementation management, where you overall will manage the assigned epics and delivery teams, ensuring teams are working effectively and outcomes are completed as planned. Resource and financial management, where it will be our responsibility to handle the team resources and capacity of the delivery teams based on internal and external resources, as well as handling costs and agreements with suppliers, ensuring monitoring and control of the business case from a financial perspective. Release management and compliance, where you will oversee changes and compliance in collaboration with our quality team, ensuring quality is integrated into each epic delivery. Adherence to agile principles and ways of working, to ensure the agile ways of working are implemented in close collaboration with our agile coaches and agile transformation lead, as well as taking the role of scrum master for assigned epics to ensure that agile roles are defined and implemented. Manage outcomes and business value ensuring outcomes and features are completed, working closely with our Data Partners to manage business expectations and requirements. Coordination with architectural runways, to ensure that new solutions are implemented in collaboration with the architectural runways as we are working on qualified platforms. Do you have what it takes? To be successful in the role, we are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive colleague who can have a strong ability to plan, prioritize and execute in a dynamic and changing environment. In addition to this, we believe our new colleague will be able to tick off the following boxes: Relevant educational background and experience or strong interest in data management as a field, understanding the context and challenges of data in a large organisation across business domains. Minimum 5-8 years of experience as IT Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner, working with Global IT implementations, preferably in the pharma or similar regulated industry. Experience with solution design, development, and implementation in an agile environment mastering different methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). Outstanding people skills to ensure motivation for diverse global teams and leading by example to raise the bar for yourself and others. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and in working with external partners.
