As Scrum Master and part of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) team you will join us in facilitating and enabling the agile journey in Novo Nordisk. We do this in a “hub & spoke” set up driving the change through Communities of Practice local LACEs, and line of businesses in global Novo Nordisk.
You will:
As an Agile Transformation Consultant, you will act as a facilitator, front runner and change agent of agile ways of working in the way you facilitate problem solving and pursue impact in improvement features. You will in addition be a key contributor to work in general with agile coaching and supporting the LACE to ensure impact, progress, coordination, and alignment of key deliveries.

In the LEAN Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) n Digital, Data & IT (DD & IT), we enable and facilitate the Novo Nordisk organisation on our digital ambition by transitioning and maturing agile ways of working towards value- and customer-driven development. We work data driven and problem oriented to groom and take ownership of the lean agile transformation backlog. We enable and facilitate the various agile teams and team of teams/agile release trains with coaching, facilitation, and guidance. In Novo Nordisk, we have more than 1.300 people working in various agile teams and teams of teams/ARTs (Agile Release Train)
We are a fully integral part of the Chief Information Office (CIO) in DD & IT which ensure close collaboration and coordination on strategy, enterprise architecture, sourcing, quality and compliance, LACE, privacy, communication and much more. We smile the most, when we make people collaborate better across departments in our IT organization and with Line of business.

Competencies on our radar
To be our new Scrum Master & Agile Transformation Consultant, we are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of the following:
- 2+ years’ experience working as a Scrum Master
- Master’s degree in Business within relevant area and working experience in agile framework
- You are passionate of agile and have a good foundation in and understanding of agile values principles and value driven development
- You are structured, team & goal oriented and have the ability to take responsibility drive impact
- Fluency in English
