The position
Keen on driving business value through Digitalisation, Data and IT? Working with us you will get the opportunity to engage with various project teams across the global Digital, Data & IT organisation (DD&IT) and together you will work to solve business challenges through innovative data-, digitalisation- and IT-solutions. To excel as DD&IT Business Consultant you are curious, open-minded and easily adaptable to new business contexts. The role and work are based on the need of the business, and tasks and responsibility can vary. Examples of projects are: • Lead and facilitate key strategic IT initiatives in collaboration with colleagues in- and outside DD&IT, managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisations • Scrum Master for one or several agile teams. Manage and coach the delivery team and influence leadership to further mature and develop the agile setup • Define and drive transformation initiatives to support the future of IT in Novo Nordisk • Investigate new IT/digital trends, scope smaller projects, showcase prototypes, develop RFP material, and manage software vendors In any role, you will be given plenty of responsibility and be a key player in some of the largest digital, data or IT initiatives in Novo Nordisk. You will have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced colleagues, working across the entire value chain, and be given the freedom to impact and shape your own role in DD&IT Business Consulting. The position allows you to deep-dive into IT relevant topics and systems to expand your technical understanding and knowledge Novo Nordisk has a high focus on career development, and this position may be a steppingstone into other positions like Executive Assistant, Strategy Consultant, Scrum Master, Digital Lead, managerial positions etc.
Qualifications • Master’s degree in IT, Business, Strategy or in another relevant field,
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT, consulting, or project related work
• Thrive working in a dynamic and agile environment
• Adaptive, and able to quickly engage in any team you enter
• Strong communicator, excellent facilitator and able to easily navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
• Interest in IT, digital trends and motivated by sharing your knowledge with the team
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite
• Basic understanding of Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) is a benefit
