The role
As Manager for the IT/OT support team or project team, you will have the responsibility for one of the below mentioned teams in DD&IT PS BRD. You will be part of a management team and refer to the Senior Manager for either the API or FP production area. As our new Manager your general responsibilities will be to: Build up a strong performing team with highly skilled and motivated employees. Lead and represent the team and secure alignment with key stakeholders. Drive the agenda within your area of responsibility together with your unit and stakeholders. Ensure the team delivers value adding solutions to BRD in an efficient way. Strengthen the collaboration with similar units in Novo Nordisk. Developing and anchoring systems, that ensures shop floor an optimal local IT/OT support on the forefront. An important aspect to this role, is establishing a good relation to stakeholders across the BRD sites, and to serve as an active member of DDIT PS BRD Leadership Team.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, we expect our next joiner to have: Education within IT/Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or business related 3+ years of managing or supporting role experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry and similar Proven track records in business insight and ability to create results across business functions Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operation Management (ITOM) processes and systems

Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) for Product Supply (PS) Biotech & Rare Diseases (BRD) is responsible for IT and automation for the production sites. This responsibility spans across development and maintenance of local and global IT and automation solutions, infrastructure, compliance, and projects in collaboration with colleagues from global IT units and external vendors/service providers. The organisation support two production areas of BRD; Active Product Ingredients (API) and Finished Products (FP). Within each unit, colleagues are divided into 4-5 teams handling IT/OT Support, Compliance and Projects. All departments collaborate to unite IT/OT across BRD sites and facilitate cross-organisational synergies.
All teams are based at the BRD productions sites, geographically located on Sjælland, Denmark. We are currently seeking Managers for both Gentofte and Kalundborg.
