Are you proactive and ambitious? Would you like to improve sourcing processes, manage quality, and support projects related to inbound supply chain? If yes, you may become our new Supply Quality Supporter.
The position
As our new Supply Quality Supporter, you will join us in the Quality Support team, where you will be responsible for handling change requests, deviations and projects related to the quality of our sourced materials. Your new responsibilities will be related to our sourcing process and the products we source, such as raw materials, primary & printed packaging materials etc.
In this position you will take lead on driving investigations on issues related to our inbound supply as well as drive the change process whenever changes are identified. These responsibilities will require close coordination, understanding and collaboration with many of our key suppliers.
In this role you can also expect to take part in projects introducing new materials and new suppliers as well as take part in improvements targeting our own internal processes. You will be in direct contact with our suppliers, production sites, internal stakeholders, warehouses, and other stakeholders.
We are looking for someone to help us in taking our Quality management of the sourcing process to the next level.
Qualifications
You have a good understanding of the pharma industry and GxP regulations. You hold a relevant Master´s degree or equivalent and you can communicate well in English.
We are looking for a problem solver. Someone who gets energy from investigating situations, finding solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate has the below skills:
• Independent and proactive,
• Strong communicator,
• Excellent at stakeholder management,
• Ambitious and self-driven,
• Quick learner.
Moreover, you have an excellent understanding of how to apply project management for small and big projects. It is a big plus if you bring any of the below:
• Experience within Quality and sourcing,
• Experience with Deviations and Change Control processes,
• Experience with raw materials, printed packaging material, primary packaging or similar.
The department
The Quality Support team is part of the ISM (Inbound Supply Management) department. ISM is responsible for managing hundreds of suppliers and items used by Novo Nordisk around the globe in order to produce our life-saving products.
In Quality Support you will be part of a team of 15 individuals with very different backgrounds who are working to help ensuring that our supply of materials is continuous and smooth within Novo Nordisk. In order to do so, we have a constant dialogue with our internal stakeholders as well as our external suppliers.
