As Senior Business Development Partner, you will be involved in developing the strategy for our Aseptic Production network in IFP and driving optimization projects to improve our production processes in close collaboration with senior colleagues and stakeholders.
You will act as a trusted advisor for IFP within network initiatives that require a specialised knowledge and experience where complexity is high and strong stakeholder management is required across CVP and SVP areas Your main responsibilities will be: Manage production network initiatives that require an in-depth concentrated effort where complexity is high and strong stakeholder management is required. Drive both small and large strategic production network projects from initial idea to implementation and handover Drive key initiatives within product transfer, validation, and upscale cases across IFP and Supply Chain Drive strategic analyses of key business opportunities and challenges Utilize your strong stakeholder management and systematic problem-solving skills to approach managers on all levels in the organisation and discuss strategic opportunities We offer you a position where you will have direct and visible impact on some of the most strategic decisions made in our production organisation. Qualifications To succeed in this position, we expect you to have: You hold a master’s degree within Engineering, Economics, Business or in another relevant field. Minimum 3 years’ experience from aseptic production planning and preferable project management Proven experience with business process optimization. Solid experience at working with strategic decisions in a complex, global organisation. Fluency in English, written and verbal. Professionally, you are motivated by identifying business opportunities, with your problem-solving mindset, you are able to create the best-in-class solutions and challenge status quo. We expect you to have the confident and ability to set directions in developing strategic business cases and constructively challenge on all levels of the organisation. You have a sharp eye on details and a structured approach to solving business challenges. Furthermore, you are flexible and thrive when working in a high paced environment, managing several tasks at the same time. With a professional and open approach, you build strong relations with stakeholders at all levels, both cross functionally and internationally. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex matters with simplicity, more particularly in a clear and assertive manner to senior and executive stakeholders. IFP Business Development is a part of Business Support located in the Bagsværd HQ - an international and high-performing department consisting of around 45 people from approx. 10 countries. IFP Business Development is responsible for identifying current and future opportunities and threats to our business, and to ensure IFP always stays two steps ahead and delivers robust performance, we need to create solid and transparent data foundations. You get the opportunity to join a diverse and high performing team of 15 colleagues with different levels of seniority and business experience. We use our varying experience to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global Injectable Finished Products organisation.
