As the new People Leader in SAP Finance Solutions, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining skilled SAP specialists. Working in the Agile Release Train (ART), you will ensure the effective execution of our people and competency strategy. Your main responsibilities will be: supporting individuals in building long-term career plans mentoring employees in developing and applying their competencies evaluating your direct reports' performance, manage their rewards, and provide constructive feedback be accountable for managing the FTE-related budget, including salaries, travel, and training ensuring accurate forecasting of organizational growth opportunities With a team of 15+ employees, you will be in charge of ensuring high team engagement and enabling seamless collaboration and knowledge-sharing. You will set direction, communicate current and future priorities in alignment with Product Owners and Managers, and ensure your team has everything necessary to tackle complex challenges with enthusiasm and efficiency. As a People Leader, you will also manage external consultants, including contract administration, onboarding, and training. Qualifications We are looking for some that has the ability to support transformational activities and lead changes through personal advocacy and engagement. To succeed in this role, you: Hold an academic background in a relevant field such as Business-IT, Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science 3+ years of experience covering specification, development, procurement, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions in large organizations. Ideally you also are a certified SAFe practitioner or practical experience with Agile methodologies so to effectively train, coach and mentor individuals in an Agile environment.

Your empathetic nature is a key ingredient to building a strong and successful team About the department In SAP Finance Solutions, we are responsible for partnering with the business in defining, implementing, and operating the IT & digitalisation road map for finance, legal & procurement. This requires a close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation, particularly with colleagues in our Global Finance area as well as the rest of DD&IT (Digital, Data and IT). SAP Finance Solutions is a department of 15 colleagues and our role is to ensure flawless IT solutions (mainly SAP based) for all processes related to finance, legal and procurement to the benefit of the whole of Novo Nordisk – this being +50.000 employees and +5.000 leaders. Our way of working is informal and ambitious at the same time, and we work in close cooperation with Line of Business. As a team, we deliver into the Finance, Legal & Procurement ART (Agile Release Train) working agile with colleagues in Denmark, India, and Poland. Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is our people.
