What you will be doing
As a Business Analyst, you will be a part of projects on the Novo Nordisk SAP platform, supporting the high digital ambitions of Finance, Legal and Global Solutions. You will become part of a transformational journey through the companywide migration of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Support and drive digital projects involving SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules
• Engage Line of Business stakeholders, guide on best practice and relevant solution requirements
• Communicate clearly, also with non-technical colleagues in line of business
• Contribute to our S/4HANA migration, from analysis to benefit realization We are looking for
A colleague who can collaborate across functional areas, building SAP technical insight and bringing it into practice.
To succeed in the role, you have:
• Experience working with SAP Finance and Controlling or with various finance processes in a large organization
• Ability to communicate complex challenges in a simple language
• An eagerness to learn and build technical competencies in SAP
On a personal level, you demonstrate agility and adapts quickly to change. You have stakeholder management skills, balancing the needs of various stakeholders. You are devoted to creating an inclusive culture, helping your colleagues, and engaging in team activities.
