If so, you could be our new Senior Manager heading up our process standardisation team in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development (ManDev) Site Support & Improvements (SSI). The Position You will be building, and leading a newly established team of project managers, professionals, and specialists. The team is working as a central unit with the main task of ensuring of implementation of standards for our equipment, systems and processes for aseptic production sites all over the world, thus, you will be working closely together with stakeholders both locally and globally. Your main responsibilities will include: Setting the direction for the teams ensuring that the prioritisations and strategies are executed.
Taking global ownership of the process standards and ensuring roll-out of standards across the IFP network. This also includes scouting for local optimisation opportunities will a global impact.
Be part of setting the strategy and the direction for the department, together with the rest of the management team.
Be responsible for the development of the employees and team, to ensure we can improve the way we work in a project organisation.
The position has a high stakeholder collaboration across the IFP network and you can expect to work closely with SSI subject matter experts, production sites, and Regulatory Affairs. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An academic degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar.
Solid leadership background within production, standarisation or project management of larger complex projects.
Experience leading employees of different seniority levels and different stakeholders.
Knowledge of sound project management toolbox or experience in working in a matrix organisation.
Professional proficiency in English.

This department in SSI is newly established, and the Process standardisation team is also a newly established team. The department consist of 4 teams of highly skilled and motivated employees.
