The Position As our Head of AskHR Denmark you will be setting the direction for optimizing our HR operation processes across Novo Nordisk by continued focus on simplifying tasks as well as focus on quality improvements to the benefit of Line of Business. You and the unit ensure high quality customer service and advice to Novo Nordisk employees, candidates, and pensioners through multichannel support and you strive to improve and develop our services every day. Your main responsibilities will include: Driving and leading key deliverables to build a world class HR service model and making sure that our efforts are closely linked to Novo Nordisk´s future business challenges Driving strong partnerships across P&O to improve our services for Line of Business Focused shopfloor coaching of AskHR employees and leaders to establish a culture of continuous improvements Responsibility for AskHR staff and budget management. Qualifications You hold a higher education, possess solid leadership experience and have deep expertise and knowledge of optimizing and improving processes by yourself and through others. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Excellence people management skills and solid leadership experience Experience in leading and driving a functional strategy through a matrix organization Experience with leading and driving optimization projects involving both peers and executive stakeholders Experience with cLEAN tools and cLEAN management Proficiency in both written and spoken English You act as a truly team player but are not scared of working on your own, when you coach and challenge leaders or leading projects with various stakeholders. You master communication and behaviour at all organization levels and you do not back down when people challenge you. As a leader you have a high degree of empathy, coaching and motivational skills. You have strong strategic and analytical abilities and a natural sense of authority. You know yourself well also under high pressure. You balance to set clear direction and create followership in an ambiguous context and you know how to build strong relations and to work cross-functionally. About the Department In your daily job you will lead the Ask HR function in Denmark, which consists of more than 40 engaged and highly skilled colleagues. AskHR Denmark is working hard every day to develop and optimize our people and organization services to more than 23.000 Novo Nordisk colleagues in Denmark.
