The role and its responsibilities As part of the Global Data Strategy, you would engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to create a strong brand in the organization, foster the data culture and ensure timeline and budget management. Therefore, you would take over the following tasks: Implementing Novo Nordisk’s Global Data Strategy to enable Digital across all of Novo Nordisk Driving and leading the implementation of large epics/projects Serve as a trusted advisor to the Line of Business, data & analytics/digital key stakeholders, key business executives, and other stakeholders
Which competencies to bring?
To thrive in this role, we expect you can tick off most of the below qualifications: A Master’s degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) or business administration, or equivalent work experience. 1-4 years of strategy, transformation, and project management experience (preferable agile) ideally from a management consultancy or an industrial company – life sciences/pharma would be an advantage. Experience in driving large transformations and in integrating complex and cross-corporate processes. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English), including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists.
On a personal skills level, we would like to see a mix that includes outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities together with the ability to effectively drive business, culture, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment. You come with a global mindset, able to communicate and to influence senior stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

You will be part of the Global Data Office, a unit in DD&IT acting as the counterpart for Line of Business. The focus of GDO is to detail and execute Novo Nordisk’s Global Data Strategy to unlock the full potential of data to enable the digital transformation.
